Breakfast was generous, rooms very clean, and outdoor facilities like the hot tub, grills, lawn games, and shared kitchen were a really nice bonus for us taking a break from car camping.
It was a stop in the middle of a long drive and did what I needed it to. The staff was great, very pleasant and helpful

The hot tub has 3 strong jets and a good view of Mount Shasta. But you have to tuck behind the handrails for two of the Jets. The rooms also have a nice view of Mount Shasta. The bed was firm and the rooms have both a microwave and refrigerator. The bathrooms have been updated with nice tile showers and lighted mirrors. Fans blow warm air in the bathroom.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. The hotel was super close to Mt. shasta ski resort which was very convenient for us. This place is reasonably priced for our needs. Will stay again in the future!

They made upgrades to the bathrooms and have nice touch screen mirrors, the bed is comfy.

Very clean, well maintained, they even refreshed our beds - although we were here for two nights only and it is a motel! Lots of towels (although for three of us I would take at least one more), warm and with a spectacular view over Mt Shasta
The location was close to our travel route. It was very clean and charming. There are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms as well as a community kitchen that is stocked with dishes etc for customer use. The breakfast was good and versatile. It was a little off the beaten path and had wonderful sunset views

I loved everything about the property. The spa, plenty of room for the granddaughter to play, hammocks, fireplace, views, and so much more!
No complaints at all. My family & I really enjoyed our stay. The family who runs this lodge does a really good job. Room was clean, my kids loved the hammocks and I was able to make us a good meal and not spend money eating our because of the community kitchen. Waking up to Mt Shasta right in our back yard was amazing. Literally just open our curtains and their she was, speechless! Property was very clean cozy and free breakfast. I was literally living in Heaven On Earth! Thank You Swiss Holiday Lodge for making our first visit so memorable and we will definitely be coming back and stay again.
